Lesson #1
Take the Deeper Journey
In this module, we contrast the trap of quick fix dieting with a lifestyle of permanent change. We coach you on how to tap into the right motivation for long term change and success, and to move away from the powerless messages and beliefs that are holding you back from success.
Lesson #2
E = Eat Real Food
In this module we will explore how many steps away from real food most of what we consume has become, and the implications of this on our health and weight loss journey.
Lesson #3
N = Nutrition Matters
In the last three years nutritional science has changed dramatically. This module will show you how to gain a metabolic advantage in your weight loss journey by understanding and working with the latest breakthroughs in nutritional science.
Lesson #4
C = Connect with others
The number one support that our members say helps them to reach their goal is group connection. In this module we will look at the power of our connection with others and how this can translate to weight loss success.
Lesson #5
O = Open Up
Repeated frustration with weight loss can cause us to become shutdown both emotionally and in our weight loss progress. This module teaches us how to become more connected to and open with our emotions, rather than of internalizing them and overeating. We also explore the concept of intentionality as it applies to being open to new experiences and foods.
Lesson #6
U = Understand Yourself
This lesson helps you gain a clear understanding of the dynamics that play into emotional eating. We examine they "layers" of emotional eating, and learn how to recognize the triggers that push us to overeat. We look at developing successful strategies to deal with each layer.
Lesson #7
N = No, guilt, No shame, No perfectionism
In this lesson we come to understand why guilt, shame and perfectionism can keep you in a cycle of addiction, and learn how to break free from these toxic emotions.
Lesson #8
T = Take back your dreams
Becoming overweight can steal our dreams and plans for the future. In this lesson, we learn how to take back our dreams and move from being a spectator to a participant.
Lesson #9
E = Exercise as a lifestyle
Exercise is an important part of regaining and maintaining our health and mobility, but it should not have to be a punishment or an unachievable goal. In this lesson we will learn how to "move more than before" and put the fun and desire back into an active lifestyle.
Lesson #10
R= Run to God
This is our last core value and in many ways our most important. The Bible has much to say about health and weight loss and we believe that inviting God into our weight loss journey can be a very helpful part of the process. Learning to tap into God's peace and presence rather than turning to food is an important part of finding lasting freedom from emotional eating patterns. By including God every step of the way, and by receiving spiritual support and encouragement from other members, you will not only lose weight, you will see a change in the way you think, feel, and see yourself!
